Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY DVM International B.V.
Delivery time
We ship all orders placed on weekdays before 9:00 PM the same day.
If you order on weekends or public holidays, your order will be shipped the next business day.
After shipment, one of our carriers will deliver the order to your address. DVM International B.V. reserves the right to choose the carrier depending on the destination country.
Estimated delivery times by shipping zone
- EU1: 1–3 business days after shipment
- EU2: 2–4 business days after shipment
- EU3: 3–6 business days after shipment
- EU4: 4–8 business days after shipment
- EU5: 4–8 business days after shipment, depending on customs processing where applicable
If your order has not arrived after 5 business days for EU1/EU2 destinations, or after the estimated delivery period for other zones, please email us in your own language at info@dvm-i.com and we will investigate.
You can track your shipment using the Track & Trace information, which will be emailed to you by our carriers.
Our prices are legally required to include VAT, which is 21% in the Netherlands for these products.
