Withdrawal / Return Request
You may use this page to notify DVM International that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. This page can be used for both a full withdrawal of your order and a partial withdrawal of selected items.

Your EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
For goods, the withdrawal period normally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, received the goods.
Full or partial withdrawal
You may withdraw from your complete order, or only from part of your order.
If you only wish to return selected products, please clearly state which products and quantities you wish to withdraw from.

- The date you received the goods
- Whether you want a full withdrawal or partial withdrawal
- For partial withdrawal: the product name, SKU and quantity you wish to return

- Your bank account details if needed for the refund

Returning the goods
After you notify us of your withdrawal, we will provide return instructions where needed.
Please return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
Goods should be returned complete, unused where reasonably possible, and in suitable packaging.
Refund
If your withdrawal is accepted, we will refund the relevant payment amount in accordance with applicable consumer law.
For a partial withdrawal, only the returned part of the order will be refunded, including any applicable delivery cost adjustment where required by law.
We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back.
