It is of corse frustrating if you have a complaint about our products and/or services. We're happy to help and offer you the desired solution.
Below you'll find a complaint form that you can use to easily submit your complaint to us. Our complaints department will review your complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.
After receiving your complaint, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If it requires more time, we'll let you know.
