Three Ways to Work with DVM

Every customer and project is different. DVM therefore offers three flexible cooperation models: standard business supply, private label and OEM.

1. Standard Business Supply

Do you need standard DVM products in larger quantities? We supply professional customers directly from our existing product range, without changes to the product, branding or packaging.

Standard business supply is suitable for organisations such as:

The customer provides and approves the final translations, logo files, company information and preferred URL. DVM prepares the artwork, barcode, QR code and other product information for review and approval before production begins.

3. OEM Solutions

For selected projects, DVM also offers OEM solutions tailored to specific commercial, technical or operational requirements.

An OEM project may involve customer-specific product configurations, dimensions, packaging, branding, documentation or other agreed requirements. Every request is assessed individually to determine technical feasibility, minimum production quantities, lead time, testing requirements and the effect of any modification on applicable test results, certification or conformity claims.

Product modifications are only offered where they can be implemented responsibly and where the resulting technical and compliance position can be clearly documented.

Certified Fire Safety Product Categories

EN 1869:2019 Fire Blankets

DVM supplies certified fire blankets tested in accordance with EN 1869:2019 for use in kitchens, workplaces, hospitality environments, healthcare facilities, educational institutions and other locations where a recognised fire blanket is required.

Business customers can purchase standard DVM Fire Blankets in larger quantities or discuss private-label and OEM options for their own market, distribution network or product portfolio.

DIN SPEC 91489 Fire Limitation Blankets

DVM Fire Limitation Blankets are tested in accordance with DIN SPEC 91489 and are intended for professional organisations managing incidents involving electric vehicles and other large vehicles.

They are relevant to fire and rescue services, vehicle manufacturers, dealerships, fleet operators, parking facilities, vehicle distribution centres, logistics companies, charging locations, airports and industrial organisations.

Standard supply, private-label production and selected OEM options are available depending on the intended application, quantity and project requirements.

Customer-Specific Testing and Test Reports

For customers who require their own independent test documentation, DVM can arrange customer-specific product testing on special request.

TÜV Testing for EN 1869:2019 Fire Blankets

Subject to the agreed product configuration, test scope and quantity, DVM can arrange testing by TÜV in accordance with EN 1869:2019. Where agreed in advance with the testing body, the resulting test documentation can be prepared in the customer’s company name.

DIN SPEC 91489 Testing for Fire Limitation Blankets

DVM can also arrange customer-specific testing of Fire Limitation Blankets in accordance with DIN SPEC 91489. Where agreed in advance with the independent testing body, the resulting test documentation can be prepared in the customer’s company name.

Customer-specific testing is quoted separately and is subject to the requirements, procedures, lead times and acceptance criteria of the independent testing organisation. The final product specification and approved production version must correspond with the product submitted for testing.

International Supply and Logistics

DVM International is based in the Netherlands and supports professional customers both within and outside the European Union.

Depending on the destination, order quantity and delivery requirements, we can discuss suitable transport arrangements and agreed Incoterms. Quotations can be prepared with or without transport so that customers can compare the available options.

Production planning, packaging, documentation and delivery arrangements are agreed in advance to create a clear and controlled order process.

How a Private-Label or OEM Project Works

Project Enquiry

You provide information about the required product, estimated quantity, destination country, intended market and preferred branding, documentation or product adaptations.

Quotation and Technical Review

DVM reviews the request and prepares a quotation covering the product, available customisation, production planning, optional customer-specific testing and, where requested, estimated transport costs.

Artwork and Product Identification

After agreement on the commercial conditions, DVM prepares the proposed artwork, SKU, barcode, QR code and other customer-specific product information.

Customer Approval

Production begins only after the customer has reviewed and approved the final design, translations, product information and agreed specifications.

Optional Customer-Specific Testing

Where requested, the approved product configuration is submitted for the agreed TÜV or DIN SPEC testing programme. Testing costs, sample requirements, lead times and documentation are confirmed separately before the testing process begins.

Production and Delivery

The products are manufactured, checked, packed and prepared for delivery in accordance with the confirmed order and agreed logistics arrangements.
