We offer standard DVM products in larger quantities, private-label products and customised OEM solutions. Our services include project coordination, multilingual product information, product identification and international logistics.

Three Ways to Work with DVM

Every customer and project is different. DVM offers three cooperation models: Standard Business Supply, Private Label and OEM.

1. Standard Business Supply

Do you need standard DVM products in larger quantities? We supply professional customers directly from our existing product range. The products, branding and packaging remain unchanged.

Standard Business Supply is suitable for:

• Fire safety distributors and wholesalers
• Fire protection and installation companies
• Industrial and manufacturing companies

Depending on the product and quantity, we can prepare a business quotation for pallet quantities, project deliveries, deliveries to multiple locations, container shipments or recurring orders.

2. Private-Label Solutions

Our private-label programme allows distributors and professional suppliers to sell DVM fire safety products under their own brand. The established product construction and tested technical performance remain unchanged.

Private-label options may include:

• Your company name, brand and logo
• Custom packaging, storage boxes, bags or labels
• Product information in one or more languages
• Your own SKU or article number
• A unique product barcode provided by DVM
• A unique QR code provided by DVM
• A QR code linked to a URL of your choice
• GS1-compatible product identification
• Customer-specific product documentation

The customer provides and approves the final translations, logo files, company information and preferred URL. DVM prepares the artwork, barcode, QR code and other product information for customer approval before production begins.

3. OEM Solutions

DVM also offers OEM solutions for selected projects. These products can be adapted to specific commercial, technical or operational requirements.

An OEM project may include custom product configurations, dimensions, packaging, branding or documentation. We assess each request individually. This assessment covers technical feasibility, minimum order quantities, production time, testing requirements and product conformity.

Product modifications must be technically responsible. Any effect on existing test results, certification or conformity claims must be evaluated and documented.

Fire Safety Product Categories

EN 1869:2019 Fire Blankets

DVM supplies Fire Blankets tested in accordance with EN 1869:2019. These products are suitable for kitchens, workplaces, hotels, healthcare facilities, schools and other locations requiring a fire blanket.

Our Fire Blankets are available in 1 × 1 m and 1.2 × 1.8 m sizes, with bag and box options. Business customers can order standard products in larger quantities or discuss private-label and OEM possibilities.

DIN 19489 Fire Limitation Blankets

DVM develops professional Fire Limitation Blankets for incidents involving electric vehicles and other passenger vehicles. Our 6 × 8 m Fire Limitation Blanket is being independently tested by SGS in accordance with DIN 19489.

Fire Limitation Blankets are relevant to:

• Logistics companies

• Airports
• Industrial organisations

Customer-Specific Testing and Test Reports

Some customers require independent test documentation issued in their own company name. DVM can discuss customer-specific product testing for qualifying projects.

TÜV SÜD Testing for EN 1869:2019 Fire Blankets

DVM can arrange customer-specific testing by TÜV SÜD in accordance with EN 1869:2019. This depends on the agreed product configuration, testing scope and order quantity.

If agreed in advance with TÜV SÜD, the test documentation may be issued in the customer's company name. This arrangement must be confirmed before testing begins.

SGS Testing for DIN 19489 Fire Limitation Blankets

DVM can also discuss customer-specific testing of Fire Limitation Blankets by SGS in accordance with DIN 19489.

If agreed in advance with the testing organisation, the test documentation may be issued in the customer's company name.

Customer-specific testing is quoted separately. Costs, sample requirements, testing procedures, lead times and acceptance criteria depend on the independent testing organisation.

The final product specification and production version must correspond to the product submitted for testing.

International Supply and Logistics

DVM International is based in the Netherlands. We support professional customers within and outside the European Union.

Transport options depend on the destination, order quantity and delivery requirements. We can discuss suitable transport arrangements and agreed Incoterms.

Quotations can include transport costs or exclude transport when customers prefer to arrange shipping themselves.

Production planning, packaging, documentation and delivery arrangements are agreed before production begins.

How a Private-Label or OEM Project Works

1. Project Enquiry

Tell us which products you need, the estimated quantity, destination country and intended market. You can also specify branding, documentation and product modifications.

2. Quotation and Technical Review

DVM reviews your requirements and prepares a quotation. This may include product costs, customisation, production planning, optional testing and estimated transport costs.

3. Artwork and Product Identification

After agreement on the commercial conditions, DVM prepares the proposed artwork, SKU, barcode, QR code and other customer-specific product information.

4. Customer Approval

The customer reviews and approves the final design, translations, product information and agreed specifications. Production begins only after approval.

5. Optional Customer-Specific Testing

If requested, the approved product configuration can be submitted for an agreed independent testing programme by TÜV SÜD or SGS.

Testing costs, sample requirements, lead times and documentation are confirmed separately before testing begins.

6. Production and Delivery

The products are manufactured, checked, packed and prepared for delivery according to the confirmed order and agreed logistics arrangements.
