RETURNS (Right of withdrawal)
This return policy applies to all consumer orders within the European Union.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
You will be refunded the full order amount, including standard shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. Return shipping costs depend on the carrier and country.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we may charge for any reduction in value.

We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving your return request. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or proof that it has been shipped.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
