RETURNS (Right of withdrawal)
This Return Policy applies to consumer purchases made through the DVM International webshop where a statutory right of withdrawal exists under applicable European consumer legislation.
Standard webshop products are generally covered by the consumer right of withdrawal described below. Different conditions may apply to Business Solutions, Private Label products, OEM projects and other customised products or services.
Where a product is manufactured, customised or supplied according to a customer's specific requirements, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply or may be limited in accordance with applicable law. Any applicable exceptions will be stated in the quotation, order confirmation or other written agreement.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
You will be refunded the full order amount, including the standard shipping costs originally charged for delivery.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. Return shipping costs depend on the carrier and country.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging has been damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, DVM International may charge for the resulting reduction in value, where permitted by applicable law.

We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or proof that it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. If the product or its packaging has been damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we may charge for the resulting reduction in value where permitted by applicable law. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
Business Solutions, Private Label and OEM projects
Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law, customised products, Private Label products, OEM projects and other products manufactured or modified specifically for a customer are not eligible for return, cancellation or refund once production has commenced.
Business Solutions, customised quotations and project orders may also be subject to separate contractual arrangements regarding cancellation, production, payment, delivery and acceptance. Where such arrangements have been agreed in writing, those agreements take precedence for the relevant order or project.
