Terms of service

These General Terms and Conditions govern offers, orders and agreements between DVM International B.V. and its customers. They contain important information about the rights and obligations that apply when purchasing products through our webshop or entering into another supply agreement with us.

DVM International supplies standard fire-safety products and also offers Business Solutions, Private Label products and customised OEM projects. Additional product, payment, production, delivery or project conditions may therefore be included in a quotation, order confirmation or separate written agreement.

Where specific terms have been agreed in writing for a Business Solution, Private Label order or OEM project, those specific terms apply in addition to these General Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the specifically agreed written terms take precedence for the relevant order or project.

For transparency and accessibility, we provide translations of our General Terms and Conditions in multiple European languages. These translations are provided for convenience and informational purposes only.

In accordance with Dutch law and our legal framework, the original Dutch version of the General Terms and Conditions is the only legally binding version. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between translations, the Dutch version shall prevail.
