RETURNS (Right of Withdrawal)

You may want to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product or perhaps there's another reason why you don't want it. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

After canceling, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs of returning from your home to the webshop are your own responsibility.
The estimated costs per package can be found at the bottom of all pages under Shipping Policy. Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, with all accessories delivered and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, must be returned to us.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
