RETURNS (Right of withdrawal)
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
You will be refunded the full order amount, including standard shipping costs. The costs for returning the product from your address to our return address are at your own expense. These costs may vary depending on your location and carrier.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we may charge for any reduction in value.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@dvm-i.com. Once your return is registered, we will refund the amount due within 14 days, provided the product has been received in good order.
