PRODUCT WARRANTIES
All our fire blankets must comply with legal regulations and certifications.
These certifications guarantee that our products meet extensive technical and quality requirements.
Each fire blanket indicates which certifications our products meet.
Our fire blankets are therefore regularly inspected by third parties.

PRODUCTION WARRANTIES
To meet these product certification requirements, our production is ISO 9001 certified.
The ISO 9000 family is a set of five quality management system standards from the International Standardization Organization (ISO) that help organizations ensure they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders within the legal and regulatory requirements related to a product or employee. Our production process is therefore regularly inspected by third parties.

WAREHOUSE WARRANTIES
Our warehouse in the Netherlands is also ISO 9001 certified, ensuring a smooth shipping process.
In addition, our warehouse is Lean & Green certified.
Lean & Green gives participating companies verified recognition (stars) for the CO2 reduction achieved in logistics activities, on the road to Zero Emissions.
We are also a member of the Climate Neutral Group.
Climate Neutral Group helps companies reduce greenhouse gas emissions on the road to Net Zero by 2050.
Our warehouse processes are therefore regularly audited by third parties.

10-YEAR WARRANTY
Because our production and products must meet the highest standards, we can offer a lifetime warranty.
Legal requirements require that our fire blankets be replaced after 10 years.

Therefore, our manufacturer and supplier warranty is 10 years on fire blankets, under normal use and maintenance.

This means that if a defect occurs within the first three (3) years after delivery, you will receive a new fire blanket from us free of charge. In the event of a defect after three (3) years, we require an additional payment for depreciation over 10 years. Therefore, in the event of a defect after four years, we require an additional payment of 40% of the purchase price to receive a new fire blanket.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or lack of reasonable care of the fire blanket.
DVM International B.V. is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from breach of this or any other warranty, express or implied, of any kind.

If you have defective fire blankets, please contact us before returning them. We will not accept defective fire blankets returned without prior consultation.
