PRODUCTION
In order to meet these certification requirements for products, our production is ISO 9001 certified.
The ISO 9000 family is a set of five International Standardization Organization (ISO) quality management system standards that help organizations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders within the legal and regulatory requirements related to a product or employ.
WAREHOUSE
Our warehouse in the Netherlands is also ISO 9001 certified, so that the shipping process also runs smoothly.
In addition, our warehouse is Lean&Green certified.
Lean & Green gives participating companies verified recognition (Stars) for the CO2 reduction achieved on logistics activities, on the way to Zero Emissions.
We are also a member of the Climate Neutral Group.
Climate Neutral Group helps companies reduce greenhouse gas emissions on their way to Net Zero by 2050.
10 YEAR GUARANTEE
Because our production and products (must) meet the highest requirements, we can provide a lifetime warranty.
Legal provisions require that our products must be replaced after 10 years. This applies to Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors, Fire Blankets and Fire Extinguishers.
That is why our manufacturer and supplier warranty is 10 years on all products, with normal use and maintenance.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, or lack of reasonable care of the product.
DVM International B.V. shall in no event be liable for any incidental or consequential damages in the event of breach of this or any other warranty, express or implied, of any kind.
If you have defective products, please contact us first before returning the products. We will not accept defective products that are returned without prior consultation.
