WARRANTIES

ON PRODUCTS
All our fire safety products must comply with legal requirements and certifications.
These certifications guarantee that our products meet extensive technical and quality requirements.
Each product indicates which certifications our products comply with.
Our products are therefore regularly checked by third parties.

ON PRODUCTION
To meet these product certification requirements, our production is ISO 9001 certified.
The ISO 9000 family is a set of five quality management system standards from the International Standardization Organization (ISO) that help organizations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders within the legal and regulatory requirements relating to a product or employee. Our production process is therefore regularly audited by third parties.

IN WAREHOUSE
Our warehouse in the Netherlands is also ISO 9001 certified, so that the shipping process also runs smoothly.
In addition, our warehouse is Lean&Green certified.
Lean & Green gives participating companies verified recognition (stars) for the CO2 reduction achieved on logistics activities, on the road to Zero Emissions.
We are also a member of the Climate Neutral Group.
Climate Neutral Group helps companies reduce greenhouse gas emissions on their path to Net Zero by 2050.
Our warehouse process is therefore regularly checked by third parties.

10 YEAR WARRANTY
Because our production and products must meet the highest requirements, we can provide a lifetime guarantee.
Legal requirements require that our products must be replaced after 10 years. This applies to Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors, Fire Blankets and Fire Extinguishers.

That is why our factory and supplier warranty is 10 years on smoke detectors, heat detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and fire blankets, with normal use and maintenance.

This means that if there is a defect within the first three (3) years after delivery, you will receive a new product from us free of charge.
In case of a defect after three (3) years we ask for an additional payment for depreciation over 10 years. So in case of a defect after 4 years we ask for an additional payment of 40% of the purchase price to have a new detector or fire blanket sent.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, or lack of reasonable care of the product.
In no event shall DVM International BV be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of this or any other warranty, express or implied, of any kind.

If you have defective products, please contact us first before returning the products. We will not accept defective products returned without prior consultation.
